19mm Nato Strap
If you are an owner of a watch with 19mm lug sizes, you’ll be well aware of the frustrating shortage of strap options for you.
While 19mm lug sizes are not as common as the 18mm, 20mm, 22mm. They are still used by watch brands like Grand Seiko, JLC and Zenith. 19mm lug sizes were quite common with vintage watches, notably the Seiko “Willard” 6105.
So in order to help the watch community we’ve produced our best selling nato strap in 19mm.

Many vintage watches had 19mm lug widths due to imperial measurements used at the time, 19mm is 3/4 of an inch so it was a convenient value to use at the time.
Post metric standardisation, 19mm seems like an odd width to use. Many watch companies such as the ones above still use 19mm on 39mm watches because an 18mm strap seems too narrow by todays standards and 20mm would be disproportionally wide for a 39mm watch.
